Delivery, Return, Privacy and Payment Policies
• Deliveries of products for houses will be made MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m..
• Orders for houses must be done with a minimum of 24 working hours before being delivered. Ex: If you want your order for Monday, you must make your purchase the Friday before.
• Once we receive your order, you will receive a message confirming the order and you will have access to choose the payment method of your choice, finalize the purchase and place your order. Any inconvenience can be reported through 849-352-3077 or our email: email@example.com, before the first 24 hours of receiving your order.
• On the day of delivery, you will be notified by telephone about the details of the person who will deliver your order, as well as the approximate time of arrival.
• Orders will be accepted at no minimum cost in Dominican pesos. The cost of shipping for residence varies depending on the sector of your address. These costs are NOT included in the purchase value and they will appear in detail in the order.
In each delivery, the customer must review the products together with the dispatcher, at the same time that the order is delivered, and check the status of the products contained in the packaging.
If any of your products are not in good condition, you must notify us via WhatsApp (849-352-3077) or mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, sending photos of the order the same day of delivery.
Once your complaint is received, the corresponding change will be made within 48 hours, if it is available in the warehouse, otherwise, the change will be made the following week at no cost.
We do not refund money after you have made your purchase with us.

The cost of shipping depends on the area where you live and is not included in the purchase. Example: If your purchase was RD$ 1,000.00 the total of your final order will be RD$ 1,000.00 + shipping.
Do the products come in bags?
Some products. To help the environment and reduce growing pollution, we deliver the products bag-free, transporting them in a box to your home. Kindly have your own bags (preferably reusable, boxes or containers to receive them).
What happens if I can't make the purchase online?

What do I do if a product arrives in bad condition?
In each delivery we ask the buyer to verify the status of our products "in situ", that means, in the very same moment of the delivery, in front of the dispatcher. In case of a problem with a product in poor condition, you must take a photo of it and send it to the customer service number via WhatsApp to confirm, and we will proceed to replace the product.
